On Saturday, Mike, Cade and I went to Landa Park to meet up with Kristen, Katie, Gretchen and Kristen's Mom. (History: Kristen is my Grandmother Shirley's friend Robbie's daughter and Katie is his granddaughter. Gretchen is Kristen's half sister) Kristen and I have chatted by email for a couple of years but had never actually met. She just happens to be in town visiting family and had some time for us. I actually forgot my camera so Mike took a few pics and Kristen is going to send me the ones she got soon too so I will post those later. As I imagined, Kristen is just as wonderful in person!! She is a beautiful person INSIDE AND OUT and her daughter, Katie, is a DOLL!!! We had such a fun time riding the train and feeding the ducks. Here are a few shots of the fun day.

This last picture is of a very friendly duck. He ate out of our hands and even tried to bite Mike's toes and me!! It was just a tickle really!!! Cade was still not thrilled with the duck being so close but cute nonetheless.
And here is Cade on the train...he loved it later but not at first!!
I am hoping Kristen got some pics of him loving the ride later!! hehe
