I could not have asked for a better weekend. Aunt Ashwee arrived on Friday and we got to go to lunch together which was nice. Then she left and picked up Cade from daycare. The director knew she was there to get Cade before she even said anything because they look so much alike. Too cute!!! Friday night Aunt Ashwee and I went to get all the necessities for the baptism party.
Saturday, Jamie, Duane and Rylan arrived and shortly after Mommy and David arrived too. Saturday night we had pizza and visited and went to bed early so we were ready for Cade's big day.
BAPTISM DAY
Cade's big day went off without one single problem!! And I managed to keep him CLEAN too!! WOO HOO!!!

Mike and I chose Oma and Esteban to be Cade's godparents. Standing in the church I knew our choice was perfect. I saw the look in their eyes and how proud they were to be standing there with us and it made me cry. Thank you Oma and Esteban for being this important part of Cade's life. You are both amazing.

Most everyone headed home Sunday afternoon, but Aunt Ashwee, Jamie, Duane and Rylan hung around!! Monday morning Ashley, Jamie and I went to the outlet mall in San Marcos where I found some cute stuff for Baby Cade. He can never have too many clothes!!!!

The Ellis' left Monday afternoon and Ash stayed to play a little longer!! WOO HOO!! We went to the park in the afternoon to play and Cade loved the slide...and so did Aunt Ashwee!!!
After the park, Daddy and Cade shared a little popcorn before going to bed!!

Ash left this morning when I left for work. I miss her terribly already. She is so much help to me. She is AMAZING with Baby Cade and he loves her so much!! Thank you Ashley for all you do for us. You really are FABULOUS!!!
